Zandile Mtetwa is a naturally curious entrepreneur coming from a diverse background in retail, telecommunications, engineering & the manufacturing sector. She saw first-hand how the lack of financial literacy impacted the livelihood of each business’ greatest asset -its people. With the industrial sector being one of the biggest employers of general labourers it was here that she saw the need for financial literacy for all. General workers are mostly negatively affected as they depend solely on their income & their lack of financial independence creates a mindset of servitude which in turn gets passed on to their kids.
